Commissions

I have taken several commissions in the past on a variety of subjects in flash fiction and poetic form.

A recent example is a poem commissioned by The Scottish Poetry LIbrary's ambassador scheme to celebrate the 250th year since the birth of Sir Walter Scott.

The View was written after spending time at Abbotsford, the house of Sir Walter Scott in the Scottish Borders.

Writing Residences

In 2018 I took a writing residency at St.Abbs Art Exhibition. Reading at the opening. Exhibiting pieces including an interactive display. Using the art as prompt for new work, hosting ekphrastic writing sessions during the week.
